Social tensions are on the rise and subcultures are stronger and more diverse than ever before. New technologies are changing the rules for work, life, entertainment and much more.
In a world that is changing and becoming increasingly complex, we are looking for guidance and hands-on solutions. However, as we will not be able to tame the dynamics and bring everything under control, it is more important than ever to embrace the unknown, the chaotic, the fluid realities and find new solutions.

STRAT CON aims to highlight the key drivers of change and initiate a discussion about what this means for strategy and beyond. We’re bringing together 200 to 300 curious minds from the advertising industry in the beating heart of Berlin, bursting with energy and imagination beyond titles and professions. That’s exactly where we’ll be, welcoming you from all corners of the agency world in Germany for a day full of insights and inspiration right at Holzmarkt.
